 I folded two Post-it notes into a heart and then took the shot in front of a blue background. In Photoshop, I just adjusted levels and sharpened a bit.

Good use of narrow depth of field and great contrast achieved with complementary colors. I like this tilted composition, makes just enough tension so the photo doesn't look dull...
