Composition
I love the way this is framed and feel that there is a definite rhythm to the way the snow is falling.
Sharpness: The soft focus adds to this image it doesn't detract from it in my opinion

Exposure:
Contrast & Color: A little bit grey.

Suggestions for improvement:
Next time up the ev a stop and try iso 200.

Okay I'll agree it is rhythm. It is a wonderful crop, I like the way you left so much snow to the right of the image, it enhances it a lot. Good one!

The subject isn't strong enough and is kind of bland.

Very interesting shot... the lack of color works well here... The 'rhythm' challenge description discusses 'repeating themes' and I'm having trouble understanding that particular concept in this photo. - setzler

very grainy, and i don't think it captures rhythm very well.
