i'm loving this so much . especially how still the water is and perfect the reflections ..
the tones and the feeling of a light mist or fog takes this to another level .. brilliant . :)

Congratz on the yellow ribbon. It's a very nice image but I do agree with the comment that SaraR made as I too have a niggle about the main mast of the boat in the foreground having the top of the mast chopped out of the frame.
Congratulations, Mark! This photo was my favorite in the challenge. I was really thinking it would win 1st place. I love the foggy feel with the colors.... and those killer reflections. If they'd have just asked me to pass out the deserving ribbons, it would have been blue for this one.
Oh and PS: You can NEVER have too many boats. It's DPchallenge's favorite thing besides big birds :)
Very pretty and tranquil. My only slight quibble is with the tallest mast - as my eyes followed it up, I hit the top of the frame with a bit of a bump.
