EXTREMELY EXCITED RIGHT NOW .. !! ..
caps intended .. ;)
an hour and a half till rollover and i've been sitting over 7 for the entire day .. was in the high 6's yesterday .. hoping for a ribbon .. any colour will do .. ;)
thankyou so much everyone for your excellent comments and being recognized again with not an insect or a tod .. lol .. ;)
here's some info on the noisy miner which is a bird native to australia .. :)
ps to add .. totally agree with LevT .. i wish i could have got more of the bird in the reflection .. but to do that i would lose the bokeh as i'd be shooting at a higher angle .. :)

The look of wonder on the bird’s face!! This captures so much more than a technically perfect photo! It captures personality…. And life! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
This is so beautiful and poetic Roz! Love the colorful bokeh and the reflection of her feet (I wish there were a little more of that). Congratulations on your ribbon!
Great and fitting title and I love the light and bokeh. Just figured out the bottom - he's singing in (or on??) the bath! I think that excuses the "cut-off" tail - bumping to an 8.
