I spent a few days at Lake Chiemsee (Bavarian Alps) and found this tree which reminded me vaguely of the famous Wanaka Tree in New Zealand.
Unfortunately it is quite located quite far away from the shore and the light was vanishing so this is a very bad shot... an not extended at all....
But I wanted to show it nevertheless

That sky is amazing. I had taken a similar idea but chose otherwise because I knew the voters would feel it was a picture of multiple trees. I have voted your entry on the quality, idea, and composition and not the specific interpretation of the challenge. It’s a very good entry! I like your title:)
