With the emergence of the 17 year Brood X Cicadas in the North East US also came a variety of recipes and cooking suggestions to enjoy the full flavor of this rare occurrence. One that particularly caught my attention was "Chocolate Covered Cicadas". My mind started to spin as I wondered what the cicadas would think if the shoe was on the other claw.
