 I know this has two flames on the candles. I wasn't sure whether to count the candle as one or two. The only other light was the natural light in the room. The shadow was achieved with a black card on the side.

Yes, two or even three light sources. But is it is key and fill light? (I won't subtract points for that) A nice twist to the challenge but overall the image does not do much for me.
