This one was a long exposure, 2.5 minutes long, I kept ISO 125 to make sure almost no noice in the photography but to compensate the light, I had to increase the shutter to go in bulb mode to 2.5 minutes long exposure. Aperture was 22 and that gave me those nice stars effect.

Hmmm... Although I love this (and it will probably ribbon), it looks like a starburst filter was used on the camera. The rules say "Create a starburst (not simple lens flare) effect by controlling your exposure settings" and I think there was a discussion about whether a physical star filter would be accomplishing the challenge topic.
Anyway, as I said, it will probably ribbon, so don't worry! LOL I was just giving you a "heads up" in case you get a few very low votes.
I am not voting on it.
Actually … there wasn't anything "written" in the rules that stated you couldn't accomplish a starburst with any method available to you. It was suggested, tongue in cheek, that using a filter would be against the "spirit of the challenge".
Great shot, my pick for the blue. I love the many starbursts!
Must have been a pretty long exposure time, with a smooth sea, and the trail of a flashing airplane at the right.
