On a mini-vacation we went to this state park (Outer Banks, North Carolina). I had ventured off to take some photos and as I was heading over to catch up with my family I saw this family with two small children flying a kite on top of the sand dune. For me, it was one of those 'photographer' moments that you hope to see and capture some day. So, SO happy that I was there at this moment.
I walked up to the family on my way to meet mine, and I talked to one of the parents and told him I took some photos of his family that may come out kind of nice. Offered to send them his way after I get home. We shared text / email info and I promised to follow up. Just sent them today and he was so thrilled to have this (and one other). Made me feel good to share that happiness with them.
