I took this to be 1) small dinosaur under a tree 2) big, ferocious dinosaur comes along 3) tree alone, and here comes the inference -- the big, ferocious dinosaur has eaten the small one, which is why it's, uh, funny. And a story. Other interpretations are viable, like the small dinosaur ran away, or it's a different time, or a different tree, etc. Any other takes on this? |
