i have a feeling he may not be accepted ..
for starters he's not a team player .. not wearing a uniform would surely go against him ..
then there's his mask .. does he not want to be identified ..
and his age .. he may not be the fittest guy in the line-up ..

Nice find. As an alternative you could have transposed him (without chair) on the second man of the right (and clone out the remaining parts of that man, replace him by background). But this one works as well.
