 Roz is right... you chop up what you want in it and crack and whip the eggs and then put all into this and close the lid and it goes in the microwave for a couple minutes.

i'm intrigued .. is that a contraption to make all the ingredients you have in it come together when cooked .. and make something quite yummy ..
i like omelets .. used to make them a lot .. once i had almost cooked the ingredients in a pan i'd put pieces of cheese on top and grill till the cheese was cooked .. ppl loved it .. .. havent made one of them for years .. :)
