Ok, I am delving into the "cute kid" area, so I don't know what to expect :) This is my daughter Carrie. We went sled riding this afternoon at our local Country Club.

Great pic. The joy on the face is wonderfull and the sledge she's holding seems to explain that expression. Good camerawork, nice soft background and excellent exposure (good snow, great yellow and no blowouts/highlights).
Very adorable child. Nice, refreshing subject! I know that some people in this challenge think that the photoshop manipulation with desaturating all other colors is overdone but I think it's really fun and think that this would be a great photo to try like that with the sled color being yellow, everything else b/w.
Good work - a little bit of a snapshot but excellently taken, which more than makes up for it. Framing is very good. Colours are vivid, her expression is great and yellow definitely dominates the picture. Well done.
