Going through the process of composing this still life in what I interpreted as what Mary Ann must think about as she creates her vision made me appreciate her talent. I began with a simple idea which continued to evolve over the course of setting it up. The final product is nothing like what I had in mind in the beginning. I wish I had her talent as I suspect she imagines, designs and produces in a much more efficient manner and with a much envied exquisite result every time.
