 From our trip to the deserts of Nevada, Arizona, and Utah - this is in Page, Arizona. I didn't bring a tripod, so this is shot by setting my camera lens on my shoe (which was not on my foot) and aiming it to whatever angle is formed by a wide angle lens setting against a shoe.

No idea what you started with, but the shadowed areas are still too shadowed for me. You've got a lot of frame taken up, show us what's there.
