you had some kind of sharpening accident on this. I suggest reviewing your editing process.

Not always! Sometimes you hike and hike, just to be disappointed. But you have a great view of the river and the illuminated tree covered hill. You ave a great composition here. Marks off for the crunchy processing and the horizon line and other over-sharpening artifacts.
