Very nice BW. I think I would have opted to move in a bit closer on the top of the reflection, and add a bit more sky above the building. It seems a little cramped this way. Also, a star effect on that light and reflection might have improved it a tad, but very nice shot.

Challenge link : medium - nothing peculiar enough to really make this a prominent landmark
Image critique : great tone and drama with light and contrast. Highlights are too blown, but you almost get away with it. Nicely composed with a good choice of foreground to add interest.
