The hand is mine, trying precariously to hold my ad hoc arrangement in place while I pushed the button with my right hand and taking advantage of the 4 PM slanted light.
Yes, for a change I used a tripod!

I'm intrigued! I hope you'll tell how you did this.

It appears to be a mirror (by the bean and the light "square" on the right), yet, the hand is there.
