This is the last photo that I took with a "real camera" of my sweet, smart Jack, who died March 27th.
The shot was an accident. He was standing in front of the cupboard in my Image Grain entry. He always used to love being my model... (loved the treats *grin*) and tried to understand what I was asking him to do so he could get "paid".
But, when I wasn't wanting him to model, he still wanted to model. Ha! I'd have to ask him repeatedly to come to me for a petting and then I'd take my shot of whatever it was.
Middle Son came over to borrow a bike. I shot him in front of the (white) garage doors with his hand out (from more than six feet away -- pandemic social distancing), not knowing what I would find to put into it. Then, I was looking on my camera card and remembered Jack being in two shots.
He was cut off on the bottom of the frame, so I had to make his paw for him. I remember thinking, "Why am I clicking when I know he's in the shot and I don't want him to be?"
Now I know why.
I miss him so much. *heavy sigh*
