 just raised the brightness of the background to make it solid whit. This was actually taken on a lamp sideways. The lamp has two poles, but at the angle I was trying to get, only one was really visible.

Definately funny -- don't know if it's intentionally not in focus, but it seems to be a bit soft. One of my favorites in this challenge so far.

What is that creature made of?? cute setup, nice colors, sharp photo. I think a neutral gray, rather than white, would have made a better background.
