As the deadline approached, I had a portrait in mind for this. About an hour before the deadline, I realized it was taken two days too early. I scrambled for something to replace it. I stumbled across this shot. I did not feel this was the perfect subject for a classic Woodburytype print, but it was the strongest image on its own that seemed vaguely suitable.

Lovely scene, great soft tones. Love the wide angle approach to use the foreground steps and lines draw the eyes into the perspective. I like it. Nit picking: I would clone out the two small parts of the branch on the right , just above the trees.
