Nice shot, but badly processed (sorry) you have a white glow around everything from trying to bring out the bird and save the sky. It would have been much better to let the sky blow out and expose for the bird. Also the fish is now a strange color and there's not enough contrast in the osprey.

Cool shot, imo a crop off of the left would have made the composition better.
