It's very important, imo, to get the horizon line level in photos involving water like this because being otherwise creates an instant "something's wrong" distraction, well for me anyhow. Lovely shot otherwise.
Photo meets the challenge but offers little to hold my interest, or deliver an emotional payload. Technically, the details are all in order. For me it comes down to a weak subject. Just my opinion.
Nice shot. Selecting the poles as the subjects themselves, however, makes it hard to compete with the boats, which to me are the main attraction of the image.
