This reminds me of a time when I was out shooting pictures of geese. From a distance I saw a farm field full of geese. I wanted to sneak up on them and see if I could get some pictures of the flock taking off into the sky. I parked the car a distance away so as not to scare them. Slowly I snuck up on them. Luckily they did not seem to be startled as I approached. Then I noticed they weren’t moving at all. It was a field of decoys! I looked around to make sure no one was looking. Boy did I feel stupid!
