We were there in early September, just after a storm. The lake was calm enough that we were able to walk all the way out to the light - hard for me to believe now that we did it :) Great energy and drama in the moment here. Congratulations on the top ten.
As much as this subject appears often in photos here, this image is quite astonishing. The lamp like steady hooks keeping the ocean aware of its powers, the blasting waves forming a beautiful lace...all this keep the mind engaged
