I am not sure if this can pass, as you did not show enough of the background or otherwise placed the statue in the middle of some action to make it more than a picture of a statue. At least I could not see that.

Nice image and a nice concept regarding the challenge :-) Gave it a 7.
Just a thought though: I feel that a title that would explain the nature of this picture (after all it is an artistic piece of culture) could add more to understanding the image. IMO the current title somehow makes the concept very cheap.
