nice dramatic lighting - especially like the slight band of light behind the subject. too bad its a basic challenge, would like to be able to clone out the specks of sand on the left side and the oof blob on the right.

Very nice lighting, although there is some digital noise, to the right middle. Try using a lens hood to reduce this,
