This photograph was taken on a busy street in Tijuana, Baja California Mexico. I was walking down the street and happened on these 2 men. At first I thought that they were passed out from alcohol, but after looking at the photograph when I uploaded it, I am now thinking that they are deceased. Tell me what you think. Are they dead, or alive?
