A bit of a shoehorn as these aren't actually pets. I maintain however that they are "furry friends". 6 of them walked up out of the Rio Grand Gorge while we were sightseeing. 2 of them were wearing collars with what I think were tracking devices to follow the herd. None of them seemed to be afraid of humans and they allowed me to get close enough for some decent photos.
Expecting this to get creamed for not being a household pet, but I've been wrong before.

Didn't get creamed too badly for a shoehorn.
