I bumped this up to 9, and into my top three, just before rollover and my attempt to comment was beaten. (The bump-up stuck though.) I had come back to it because it just stayed with me long after viewing. It is a beautiful. joyous photo and the light is wonderful.

The dog makes the picture, the light meets the challenge. I like, here, how the sparkles and reflection are blown out -- it conveys intensity. I also like how the light bleaches the green of the water, except where in the shadows its richness is retained. You can feel the day begin.
