I spent 2 1/2 days in cape Town and tried to fit in as much "beach time" as i could. While playing with the camera taking all sorts of the usual types of pictures, I came across the mussels that were washed up on the beach and some had algae and other creatures attached to them. I started taking pictures of those and ended up becoming quite obsessed with it and enchanted with the lovely shapes and forms that I found.
This one had quite a lot of editing done to it.
