not all. I will admit the editing style helps to focus things, but you still need a subject. You need NO NO mirrored by two girls in opposite directions and opposite clothes mirrored by a pier with its sister the sea.

so good .. so full of life ..
the grain .. MARVELOUS .. !! ..
such a joyful image .. that little girl on the left . looks like a ballerina .. her pony tail a flash of light ..
the sign .. no no .. like a contrast to the yes yes of the little girls ..
