 Last, but far from least. tea and a "gateau" for a break from another enchantment, the Museum Jacquemart-Andre in Paris

I think that the cake is called "arlequin" - or at least this is the name of a very similar cake that I can make, not as diaphanous though. The gateau and tea are perfect accompaniment for this extraordinary museum
