Yes, Fort Barrancas is a Third System Fort as well, I will be visiting there this week. While they have similar looks they are quite different forts, Barrancas is a combination of a Third System Fort and a modernized Spanish Battery. Barrancas is a great fort to visit.

No wonder it looks so similar. Not the same fort, but I looked up Fort Pulaski and it is very similar in design to Fort Barrancas, both inside and outside.
