 The oranges from March 2 made into marmalade. The surface the jars are standing on is uneven so everything is off balance.

i'm loving the off balance Germaine .. !! ..
sort of makes me feel at home .. lol .. but it wouldnt look half as good if they were all lined up just so ..
the colours in this are just beautiful .. especially the bokeh .. i'm wondering why the octagon shape .. did you have something on the front of your lens cut in that shape or something . or ..............

The off balance gives a lot of life here. Colors are splendid. So is the marmalade. Paddington bear would be thrilled. So am I.

Terrific still life, full of glowing, beautiful colors. That it's slightly off-balance is all to the better, as it avoids a sterile symmetry. Nice composition and framing. And oh so mouth-watering.

Yummy orange marmalade. I love how the patterns of the oranges intertwine. The color is lovely and the light from the side makes the one on the right glow.
