Abandoned place in our neighborhood. Immo companies are giving astronomical prices for this small house (and land), but the owners do not want to let it go. Their demand of 100 million NT$ (about 3.5 million US$) is standing for many years. Promoters cannot torn the surrounding buildings down (which they already own) because of this boring shitty family.
