Some years ago I did a pretty thorough exploration of the art of bread making in Paris. Never intended to do more with the pictures than remind me of a specific bread and place.
ps .. whatever you've done to this with the grain . .. really works ..
i particularly like how you are focusing on grain and have combined it in your editing .. would that have been intentional .. ?? .. ;)
very happy you are giving more space to bread .. as its one of my favs too ..
and you are presenting us with such delicious treats .. shame it isnt in real life .. or as they say IRL .. ;)
