This image of the six is most engaging and heartbreaking, underscored by the fact that I eat fish myself. The swordfish, who's half chopped away and sold for dinner, seems alive and surprised at what has become of him or her. It's a silent tragedy that passes for normal, even despite a lifetime of preying on a multitude of smaller fish. The purveyor is well-posed engaged in the opposite direction. The combination of blues and pinks works well. |
