Who is this person. She just looks like she has a sinus condition. No sign of authority here. Good focus and detail though.

To me this is just funny portrait, an overexposed one at that. I really don't feel the authority emotion...but I think it is fun to look at.

Yikes, don't wanna cross paths with her. Lighting is a bit harsh on her face. Nice DOF, perspective, and crop.

This photo would have done better in the humour challenge, it's not a bad shot... but whether she is your boss or not, there is nothing authoritative about this shot... it merely made me smile.

Wow, did you make her mad just to get this shot? I like how the composition makes her seem in-my-face.

your modle looks like a great person trying not to laugh -- going for the "mean" face but can't quite pull it off... well done -- one of my favorites this challenge

Scary woman trying not to laugh. I'll give you the topic, you're close enough. The highlight on her face is a little bright.

Funny picture, great job capturing the humor and ability to laugh at one's self in this woman. I like the green shir and the bround eyes. Nice job with no reflection on the glasses. Did you remove the frames? If not, how did you do that? Great framing. Great picture.
