To me it is moonlit, which adds even more magic. The composition is pleasing. It is a photograph, not a gathering of things to be pulled apart. I like the memory this brings me.
Nice effort but looks more like a snapshot than a planned composition. The only interesting elements are the snow, walk and bare trees. Try removing everything else that doesn't add to the photo.
