The cliffs are always breaking down, slowly diminishing the continent. We have (on a different occasion) been close to a fall which happened not far behind us and still had debris tumbling when we turned around. We have been very wary about getting too close ever since. There are plenty of warning signs about the unstable cliffs.
ps .. i love the layers here .. the sand .. leading to the cliff .. then the vegetation and the sky .
makes me think of the earths crust .. but in miniature .. !!
