From the thumbnail I thought I was going to see marmalade of some sort, but fries are an acceptable substitute visually. Wonderful use of shallow DOF so you have bokeh in the foreground and the background.
The real home made fries although I suspect that you were using precut potatoes. Hope I'm wrong..

lol .. its like warnings on tv .. dont look at this .. if you are a minor ..
but dont touch this would apply to all ages ..

and i'm very surprised that your lens didnt fog up .. as i would imagine you have to get quite close .. ?? ..
i could be wrong tho . i've never used that lens .. and of course you can crop ..
