There will be quite a few clock faces in this challenge, hope mine is the most original and people take the time (!) to see what it is.
Loooong exposure, 1 min between 2 sec of light from my desklamp. Cloned out a few spots, hot pixels and lessened the haloing on central pivot. Curves, USM (2x), greyscale. Crop, rotate & resize.
Another last minute idea, sober this time. Hope it works better than drunk last minute ideas have done so far.
R end of frame rather dark, but I'm not gonna spend another 7+ minutes to get another shot :)

While there are a few points of difficulty here (the general darkness on the right, the lack of symetry with the top being more cropped than the right) I like the overall effect. 6
