The city of Shepparton is a dairy centre and has a park full of these cows with varios paint jobs. Unfortunately on this trip we only went to the neighbouring town of Maroopna and only saw this one.
Our town has done a number of these projects - not cows but the large sculptures that are provided to different artists who then decorate them as they wish. Usually they are eventually sold with the proceeds going to some good cause.
I love the bright colors and patchwork pattern here.
Lovely colours :) A few years ago working in Norwich (UK) we had 12 painted Elephants installed around the City. A bright spark I worked with noticed they were all in view of Pubs so, the great 12 pub pub crawl began (I don't remember seeing the last few lol).
