 not completely thrilled with the exposure and coloring of this image, but I'm posting it as an exercise in composition

and if you think you are seeing the same basic scene over and over again from me this month, you're right - I go to Great Falls on an almost daily basis for my job :)

I am lost about the composition since it does not strike me as "recherchee".
But the colors are winning

The fences ground this but it's really all about the trees.

You post from your job, I'll post from my little neighborhood - and we'll both be happy :)

I (for one) like the exposure and colouring here, however, not so sure what this exercise in composition is? I like the fence in the foreground and the tall tree just off centre but am sure you could find a 'better' composition here, maybe square is not the right format? (or, is that what this exercise is about?)

Now, even at 59yrs old am heppy to be educated - 1 tree without leaves and 2 with, am guessing there are at leaat 2 varieties here but no idea whaat thy are called.
