the bank manager where she worked reports a robbery, and reports that one of his employees has not shown up to work. one of his accounts happens to be there at the time. He is a handsome young Scottish man. He remembers this woman. She was very friendly to him, and he found something fascinating about her.
Great title. And she has to pass by him to get to the crosswalk . . . As others have noted, there's a story here for sure, whether yours as suggested or a completely different one.
Very engaging perspective and composition. You're immediately thrust into speculation about whether or not an interaction is taking place or if these are strangers who just happen to be in each other's circle for an instant. The fragments of clothing seem to be stand-ins for the people themselves. The title sure encourages curiosity. It's also very cinematic. If I may, Hitchcockian. I really like this and wish I knew what happened next.
