it is the bird's nesting material echoing the antennae that takes this beyond an already excellent exposure.

A little better shooting placement and some patience would have helped this a lot. The darker foreground is disturbed by the TV antenna and the sun bloom sort of ruins the "dark and gloomy" effect I believe the author was after. It has elements of minimalism, but fails to be complete. Still, effort counts.
