now theres a good dog perspective... great DoF... it\\'s just right for this perspective... the BnW works well here also (10) and my favorite of the week. strange too.. I don;t pick cliches for that very often... just so happens your shot is great! good luck!
Luke is a cute guy, and this shot shows that. Great in BW, very nice perspective. The only thing that bugs me is that dark line under his mouth...still a 9.
This is really cool. The sense of perspective is spot on, the composition is perfect, the tones are rich. It's great that this challenge inspired you to take such a unique photo of this dog :).
My favorite of the challenge. Excellent depth of field, nice tight crop. I can see his feet, and his whole face seems perfectly in focus. Lovely 10 -Annida
Great shot!!! I must say that I think this is my favorite pet picture so far. I really like the sharpness of the nose and how the DOF gradually falls off as the eye goes back into the photo. Very interesting how the dog creates a line for the eye to follow. Very well done. This will be added to my favorites after the challenge voting is complete.
every time I come back to this picture...LOL I have raised it up. it is out of focus, maybe a little longer (f)stop...still the dog steals the shot! It has made it to (10) in 2 days....from a (5) good shot...retake it in a little more focus and you will have a great shot for the wall!
this is beautiful and cool, can almost smell this canine.
borders don't really do anything for me, but everybody else is using them,
so after this week you won't hear any more moaning about it. go for what you know.
