Good shot, but it could have been a little better. My suggestions: sharpening a little, cropping a little from the top and bottom, bringing down the bright and upping the contrast, to bring out the rich dark hues in the tree and shadow in the foreground.

this is a nice scene, the truck is a little out of place with the pleasinf flow of serenity and maybe there could be a little more contrast, but overall I like it.
