Berkeley Pier and Alcatraz Island, Golden Gate Bridge in background. Only about 20% of the pier has been restored -- the ruined part stretches almost to the center of the Bay. THAT would be a long walk (I'd love to take)!

I'm intrigued by the way that the large blue area pushes my eyes to the left of the image. From there I follow the pier into the center of the image only to find the Golden Gate bridge off in the distance. I feel this image has some great composition and flow to it. I really like how the presence of the GG Bridge is minimized, yet featured by the composition.
The tones in this photo are absolutely lovely. Great shades of blue and black. The bridge takes up just enough of the photo to be noticeable as the main subject. It seems tilted though.
Wow. I thought it was jsut a pier and then as walked down it I found the Golden Gate Bridge! Did you try a crop cutting out Salsalito - making it more vertical?
This is one of the better perspective images in the challenge. That pier seems to go on and on, to infinity!!! I really like the bridge in the far background. Could you make the smog/haze go away??? (Just kidding!) Easy 9!!! Swash
I like this picture. Good perspective down the peer. Your border is distracting though, since it only appears on three sides. The top (inner) border is the same colour as your sky, so it disappears.
